ESTABLISHMENT

J.V.BRIGHT STEELS PVT. LTD. was founded in 2012 and began operating for a variety of industries within the Delhi NCR region, principally as a Bright Bar production business.
J.V.Bright Steels is a Bright Bar Manufacturer, Supplier, and Dealer with ISO 9001:2015 Certification. The company's infrastructure for producing Cold Drawn, Peeled, Centerless Ground, and Polished bars is the most extensive and advanced in the industry.
J.V.Bright Steels is made up of two factories that employ a total of 110 people.
The company's facilities are outfitted with a variety of machinery and innovative processing capabilities, allowing it to adapt to changing consumer demands. Importantly,
we pledge to satisfy consumers by delivering high-quality brilliant, drawn, peeled, and ground bars to market in accordance with their specifications.

DRAWN BARS
Steel Rounds are the primary raw material utilised in a wide range of mechanical engineering, automotive, and related industries. We are a manufacturer and supplier of cold drawn Ms Bright Bar steel rounds. Steel Rounds are steel bars with round cross-sections that are utilised in the fabrication of a variety of items other than structural usage. J.V. Bright Steels produces, stores, and sells a wide range of steel round bars in Mild Steel, Alloy Steel, Free Cutting Steel, Carbon Steel, and Special Grades.

PEELED BARS
Steel Bright Bars are mostly utilised in applications that need a smooth surface, accurate geometry, and dimensional precision, such as as a raw material in CNCs, quick machining, automotive applications, and so on. Our Steel Bright Bars have best-in-class qualities. Bright Steel Bars are available in a variety of diameters and grades and are treated using a variety of procedures such as cold drawing, peeling, grinding, turning, or a combination of these processes.

PEELED AND GROUND BARS
Peeled and ground bars are created by pre-straightening, peeling, reeling, and centreless grinding hot rolled bars. It improves the product's dimensional precision, straightness, smoothness, lack of surface flaws, and mechanical qualities.
Peeled and ground bars are created in a range of sizes to meet different steel standards.
Peeled and ground round steel is made by removing chips (peeling) and then grinding the round peeled bars. This procedure enables the round steel to be fixed within a narrow tolerance range, resulting in a regulated and homogenous surface roughness.

HARD CHROME PLATED BARS
Hard chrome plating is an electroplating process in which chromium is deposited from a chromic acid solution. The thickness of hard chrome plating ranges from 20 to 30µm.
Chrome plating is used for wear and corrosion resistance in addition to its tribological (low friction) characteristics.
